VET Hospitality Excursion to Novatel Collins Street.

On Thursday 19th October we were given the opportunity to attend an Industry Immersion program at the Novatel Hotel in Collins Street, Melbourne.
Students were able to experience the day to day running of a 4 star hotel visiting all departments both front & back of house.
We were able to enjoy a lovely meal in the restaurant, prepare non-alcoholic cocktails, a demonstration of coffee art, learn housekeeping skills & the importance of concierge.
It was a fabulous day that inspired our students to consider careers in the Hospitality industry.
